Plant Operator, Machine Operator
(full-time – all genders)
Purpose of the position:
- Ensuring proper operation of the robot line and band saw
- Recognizing connections and organizational talent, networked thinking to achieve maximum quantity output
- Leading the production employees or forklift drivers so that there is no downtime and the quality remains at an existing high level
- Ensuring the quality standard

Areas of responsibility:
- Independent planning (work preparation and material disposition)
- Communication with key personnel
- Operating the system, band saw and robot line
- Warehouse and internal logistics
- Quality management and assurance with a focus on optics and correct storage
- Maintaining the plant infrastructure
You offer:
- Basic technical training (completed apprenticeship, joiner, carpenter, wood technician, HTL)
- Knowledge of production and manufacturing
- Structured and performance-oriented way of working
- Knowledge of mechanics
- Interest in working with wood as a raw material (knowledge of wood is an advantage)
